The solid color model is low-key and versatile, while the all-over printed model has an eye-catching personality. The same soft and warm flannel texture and different aesthetic adaptations make home clothes no longer "the same".
The core fabric of Solid or AOP warm flannel hooded housecoat is made of high-density warm flannel and processed by sanding process to achieve a comfortable balance of "warmth but not stuffiness".
1, Touch: Short-Pile Softness
2mm short dense suede, the touch is as delicate as rubbing a cat's paw, and there is no rough friction on the skin, so sensitive skin can wear it with confidence; the fabric weight is 260g/m², the thickness is just enough to wrap the warmth, but it will not weigh down the body like a thick cotton jacket, making it light and comfortable to lie down and move around.
2, Performance: Lock Warmth, Not Sweat
The fiber structure of flannel has breathable gaps. It can lock in temperature without sweating in winter, resist the cold in spring and autumn without being too heavy, and can keep the skin dry even when worn in air-conditioned rooms. After anti-pilling and anti-static treatment, it is not easy to stick to lint and pilling when worn in daily life. The velvet feels still fluffy after machine washing and is extremely durable.

Three full-print patterns, including cartoon graffiti, strawberry all-over printing, and colorful swirls, are available (our factory also supports customization based on drawings, and the minimum order quantity for customized styles is usually 1,000 pieces/design). Q1: Are the fabric textures of the solid color version and the full-print version the same?
Totally consistent! Both models are made of high-density thermal flannel (260g/m²), with the same delicate and warm touch. Only the pattern design is different - the solid color model has a smoother outside and is less likely to stick to wool; the full-print model has a high degree of integration between the print and the fabric, no stiff rubbery feel, and no difference in wearing comfort.
Q2:Will the fully printed pattern crack or fall off?
Won't! Using heat transfer printing technology, the printing is deeply integrated with the fabric fibers. After 50 times of machine washing testing, there is no cracking or falling off. It has no raised glue feel to the touch. It will not rub the skin when worn. The durability is consistent with the solid color model.
